d wondering…what is this “international Women’s day” and why have I not heard of it? There is a very simple answer to that one, if you have not lived in Russia you would not know it was a holiday. It is sort of like the Russian Valentines day and they all would like to think that it is “international” but…I won’t say any more :)

International Women’s Day
Today is the first of march and that means that in eight days it will be the “International Women’s Day”. Many of you might be scratching you heads at this point an
d wondering…what is this “international Women’s day” and why have I not heard of it? There is a very simple answer to that one, if you have not lived in Russia you would not know it was a holiday.
